Melissa Isaac
ParalegalA proud New Jersey native, Ms. Isaac moved to Florida as a teenager and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from the University of South Florida in 2002.
Ms. Isaac began her legal career as a receptionist before quickly advancing to the role of litigation paralegal. Over the course of more than 20 years, she has developed extensive experience supporting attorneys in complex civil litigation, earning a reputation for her organization, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to client service.
Throughout her career, Ms. Isaac has worked on a broad range of civil matters, including premises liability, automobile negligence, slip-and-fall claims, construction defect, and medical malpractice. Her experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of every stage of the litigation process, giving her valuable insight into the strategies, challenges, and objectives that drive both sides of a case. Today, she leverages that perspective to help achieve the best possible outcomes for the firm's clients.
Ms. Isaac has played an integral role in numerous high-stakes cases and was a member of the trial team that secured a landmark $216 million medical malpractice verdict—the largest medical malpractice verdict in Florida at the time. That experience sharpened her ability to thrive in complex, high-exposure litigation and continues to inform her thoughtful, strategic approach to case management.
Outside the office, Ms. Isaac enjoys all things 1980s, spending time with her two adult sons, Tyler and Zachary, and spoiling her beloved dogs, Ella and Kita.
