Patrick T. Berton

Patrick T. Berton is an associate attorney at Saible Law Group, P.A., where he handles premises liability, construction defect, automobile negligence, and commercial litigation. Mr. Berton brings a strong background in Florida litigation and has experience assisting clients in a wide range of disputes involving personal injury claims, wrongful deaths, property damage, coverage disputes, and other insurance-related matters.

Before joining Saible Law Group, Mr. Berton developed a broad civil litigation practice representing individuals, businesses, and insurance companies in state courts throughout Florida.

While earning his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, Mr. Berton gained in-house legal experience through internships with U.S. Steel and T.E. Connectivity during his 1L and 2L summers. He also participated in the Penn State Law Entrepreneurship Assistance Clinic, a free legal clinic dedicated to assisting start-ups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. Prior to law school, Mr. Berton graduated summa cum laude from Lynn University in just three years, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Criminal Justice and International Affairs
