F. John Caldwell, Jr. is a partner at Saible Law Group. Mr. Caldwell is an incredibly successful trial attorney who has tried over 50 cases, including dozens of jury trials. He has nearly three decades of experience working in civil litigation, including vaccine injuries, insurance defense, medical malpractice, environmental law, commercial litigation, class actions, civil rights, and patent infringement.

Throughout his career litigating vaccine injuries in federal court, Mr. Caldwell proudly helped his clients collectively obtain hundreds of millions of dollars in much needed compensation. Most notably, Mr. Caldwell was an integral part in obtaining a $143 million verdict – the highest award for a vaccine related injury in United States history.

Mr. Caldwell is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and has been a Boy Scout leader since 2005. He currently resides in Manatee County with his wife and beloved canines.
