BROOKS A. SAIBLE

Brooks A. Saible

Brooks A. Saible is the founding partner of Saible Law Group, P.A. Mr. Saible earned his Juris Doctorate degree from St. John's University School of Law, where he distinguished himself in trial advocacy. While there, he was named the best advocate at a national mock-trial competition and was the sole recipient of the Albert H. Bosch award for demonstrated excellence in trial advocacy -  one of the school's highest honors.

As an experienced trial attorney, Mr. Saible is well-versed in handling several areas of civil litigation, including premises liability, construction defect, negligent security, products liability, professional liability, commercial contracts, automobile negligence, first-party property, and many more.

Mr. Saible has successfully settled hundreds of complex cases on behalf of developers, property managers, apartment complexes, contractors, construction managers, retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, associations, restaurants, commercial automobilist, insurance carriers, and brokers.

In 2020, Mr. Saible successfully defended a property owner and management company at trial in a premises liability case in Collier County, Florida. Although Plaintiff requested nearly half of a million dollars from the jury, Mr. Saible was able to obtain a judgment that was completely offset by his clients' statutory entitlement to attorney's fees and costs.

In 2021, Mr. Saible successfully defended an apartment complex at arbitration in a premises liability case in South Florida. Although Plaintiff demanded policy limits in excess of a million dollars, Mr. Saible was able to obtain a complete defense verdict on behalf of his client.

Mr. Saible resides in St. Pete Beach, Florida with his wife, two children, and beloved Labrador Retrievers.
